I felt something was "off"  for five long years...and none of my doctors had answers.

After thousands of dollars spent on tests, I kept hearing:

But I wasn’t. I was at wit's end when I worked with a women’s health coach and everything fi-nal-ly changed.

I decided to pay it forward when I turned 50 and certified as a Nutrition and Health Coach to help other women like you avoid the same struggles.

Looking back, I knew in my gut (serious pun) it had to do with something I was or was not eating.
